KME Merger – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What companies are part of the merger?

KME is the result of a merger between four trusted IT providers: Biztek Solutions, KME Systems, ActiveIT Solutions, and SystemGo IT. All of these companies are proudly based in California, and have come together to form a unified brand, KME, focused on delivering exceptional local service.

Why did these companies merge?

The merger is driven by a shared belief that collaboration creates more value than competition. By combining resources, expertise, and infrastructure, KME can offer broader capabilities, faster support, and deeper technical knowledge—all while maintaining the personal relationships you've come to trust.
